Experience
Has participated in conferences in Greece, Czech, Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Scotland, Russia,Poland and other countries.
Dr. Tarvilas Norkus has been the first in Lithuania to perform:
1. Tissue expansion with expanders for the correction of head baldness;
3. Muscle transplantation for facial paralysis;
4. Microsurgical improvement of brain blood circulation;
5. Open brain covering after trauma with microsurgical flap;
6. Male infertility microsurgical restoration.
In 1988 together with microsurgeons from Vilnius won the National Prize for the introduction of microsurgery in Lithuania.
Hobbies
Running, chess, writing and staying in the cottage.
