I write further to our previous correspondence regarding having liposuction undertaken back in January. With reference to your e-mail you kindly supplied me with details of the procedure and cost. I have now decided to proceed with having liposuction done and will be looking to travel to Lithuania in November. Could you advise me of the cost for the operation and the period spent in hospital? I have attached some pictures taken today and would be looking to have liposuction done around my abdomen and love handles. For your information, I do go to the gym twice a week but seem unable to loose this fat. I do not have fat on my thighs and consider myself healthy.

Could you also advise me on what dates you do these operations as I would like to see you for the consultation as soon as I arrive in Lithuania.

From your recent photos it still looks that you would benefit from flanks and abdomen liposuction. We could consult you on your arrival day at 5 pm. I would like to thank you and your father for the way you both looked after me before, during and after my procedure. I was very pleased and impressed when we first consulted and felt very re-assured.

I feel I have made excellent progress with the minimal of discomfort and although it only been over a week am impressed at the end result.

I did notice and felt bruising at the top end of my penis and scrotum. Why did this happen? Although the bruising is going down now and the slight uncomfortable pain is fading with time. The bruising came up a few days after having the procedure.

Thank you for nice words. We try to make our patients feel like at home while writing e-mails, before/during/after surgery. I am glad you are getting better very fast. While doing liposuction there is always bleeding under skin and hematomas formation which sometimes descend to lower parts (scrotum as well).
